The Douglass Consulting Group, LLC is a human resources solutions company founded by
Patricia J. Douglass in January 2005.Our mission is to provide quality service at a
reasonable cost to small and mid-size companies. Our goal is to prevent government
interference and reduce your company's legal exposure for non-compliance. .
Ms. Douglass holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Student Personnel Services (Guidance & Counseling) from Montclair State University. In addition, she is currently pursuing a doctorate in Human Organizational Development (HOD) from Fielding Graduate University.
Pat has worked in a variety of industries including entertainment, digital broadcast, automotive, software development, food & beverage.
